1. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ONEINFINITE PAYMENT SYSTEM
1.1. Scope of Oneinfinite Payment Services: The Oneinfinite payment system is a service provided by Oneinfinite that processes payment instructions made by Buyers and settles them for Users, following the rules and procedures established in this Policy and the Oneinfinite Terms. Oneinfinite Payment allows Users to: (a) receive amounts related to the sale of their Products, if they are Creators or Co-creators, in the "Business Partner" model; (b) pay Affiliates or Co-creators the amounts owed for the sale of Products, if they are Creators; (c) receive from the Creator the amounts related to the sale of Products, if they are Affiliates or Co-creators (in the "Commission" model); and (d) purchase Products using the balance of the payment account in Oneinfinite.
1.2. Absence of Banking or Credit Card Services: Oneinfinite Payment Services are not, nor are they intended to be, comparable to services offered by financial institutions or credit card companies. Oneinfinite Payment is simply a facilitator of payment transactions between Platform Users, with payment transactions being carried out on their behalf and at their request. Oneinfinite CORP is not a financial institution and does not engage in direct credit operations.
1.3. Third-Party Services: Transactions made with Products registered on the Platform can only be paid through the functionalities contained in Oneinfinite Payment. For this purpose, Oneinfinite may use third-party payment methods and associated companies to receive payments, pay amounts, or anticipate accounts receivable from transactions (such as banks, credit card companies, and other credit entities). In such cases, there may be different terms and conditions that you must comply with. In the event of discontinuation of a relationship with any Third-Party Service, certain payment methods may no longer be offered through Oneinfinite Payment. Oneinfinite is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or interruption of these Third-Party Services.
1.4. Provision of Additional Third-Party Services: Oneinfinite may allow its partners (such as financial institutions and banking correspondents) to offer their services in aggregate to Oneinfinite Payment Services. In these cases, different terms and conditions may apply, and Oneinfinite is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these Third-Party Services.
1.5. Taxes and Invoices: Oneinfinite CORP is not responsible for the payment of taxes for which its Users are taxpayers or tax liable. It is the Users' responsibility to pay the taxes to which they are subject, in accordance with applicable law. Tax obligations may vary depending on your specific situation. Therefore, we recommend that you research and consult with specialized professionals for detailed information.
1.5.1. Once the conditions indicated above are observed, in the "Business Partner" co-creation model, it is the responsibility of the Co-creator to correctly issue the corresponding invoice for their portion of the services provided to Buyers, proportionally to the total amount of the sale. On the other hand, in the "Commission" co-creation model, it is the responsibility of the Co-creator to correctly issue the corresponding invoice for their portion of the services provided to the Creator.
1.5.2. The Creator and the Co-creator acknowledge that Oneinfinite will fulfill its tax responsibilities and will communicate with the competent authorities regarding the sale of Products on the Platform, especially concerning compliance with ancillary obligations that apply to payment intermediaries.
2. ACCESS AND USE OF ONEINFINITE
2.1. Access to Oneinfinite: Once all eligibility, registration, and access requirements established in the Oneinfinite Terms are met, upon registering on the Platform, Creators accept and request Oneinfinite to: (a) receive the price paid by the Buyer; (b) pay the Affiliate the compensation established by the Creator, if any; (c) facilitate payment of the amount due to the Co-creator, on behalf and by order of the Buyer; (d) deduct the compensation owed to Oneinfinite for the use of its resources; and (e) remit the remaining amount owed to the Creators to their Oneinfinite payment account.
2.2. User Information Verification: In addition to the actions specified in the Terms, Oneinfinite reserves the right to use all legitimate means to verify the information provided by the User, in order to enable their use of Oneinfinite, if deemed necessary. Oneinfinite may also request additional information and documents that it considers relevant, such as income reports, certificates of ownership of bank accounts, and full bank account statements. Oneinfinite may also consult public, private, or restricted databases maintained by third parties and credit restriction databases. By accepting this Policy, you authorize Oneinfinite to carry out these procedures.
2.3. Use of Oneinfinite: You are obligated to take all necessary precautions to prevent third parties from accessing your account on your behalf. You are responsible for business transactions, payments, and financial activities carried out on your behalf by third parties, even if they are unauthorized by you, as long as those third parties gain access, not solely due to Oneinfinite's fault, to your password or other information.
2.4. Banking Confidentiality and Data Protection: In compliance with the Privacy Policy and other applicable laws, Oneinfinite cannot provide Creators with any Buyer information related to payment transactions, or operations carried out or to be carried out by Buyers on the Platform, even in the case of the Creator being excluded from the Platform. Payment data collected through Oneinfinite is not stored in any way on the Platform, nor can it be shared with the Creator, who is not responsible for this data.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSING THROUGH ONEINFINITE
3.1. Confirmation of Payment Instruction: When the Buyer chooses to make a payment through Oneinfinite, they must provide all the requested banking information to carry it out. The Buyer's instruction shall be deemed granted irrevocably and irreversibly when Oneinfinite confirms to the Buyer the successful receipt of the information sent regarding the transaction.
3.2. Execution of Payments through Oneinfinite: Once Oneinfinite receives confirmation that the transaction has been approved by the payment agreement participants, Oneinfinite will make available to the User the amounts owed in their payment account held on the Platform, except in those cases where Oneinfinite is authorized to suspend or cancel payments, as established in the Terms and this Policy. Oneinfinite will also make these amounts available upon observing: (a) the eventual occurrence of chargebacks or refund requests; and (b) the expiration of warranty terms or the exercise of the Buyer's right of withdrawal.
3.3. Buyer's Responsibility for Provided Information: The Buyer is solely responsible for all acts related to the payment instruction. The Buyer must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information. Oneinfinite is not responsible for any material or non-monetary damage resulting from any failure, falsehood, or incompleteness attributable to the Buyer when completing information about the payment instruction.
3.4. Refund Request: If the Buyer completes a transaction and feels aggrieved regarding the quality of the purchased Product, they may file a complaint through this link, within the applicable warranty periods or right of withdrawal for the respective transaction, observing applicable law. Oneinfinite must inform the Creator and Co-creator accordingly, who will have 5 calendar days to respond to the complaint with justification or to resolve the issue. If the Creator and/or Co-creator do not contact Oneinfinite within this period, Oneinfinite may fully refund the Buyer the amounts paid, the quantity of which will be deducted from the payment account balance of the Creator and/or Co-creator. For more information on disputes and refunds, we suggest consulting the corresponding Section of the Oneinfinite Terms.
3.5. Oneinfinite's Collaboration in Case of Refund Request: Oneinfinite's Services regarding disputes and refunds are provided solely to facilitate and monitor the payment transaction process between the Buyer, the Creator, and/or the Co-creator. Therefore, by using Oneinfinite, you acknowledge that any payment transaction, when carried out, occurs directly between the Creator, the Co-creator, and the Buyer. Oneinfinite is not part of the supply chain of the purchased Products and cannot be considered a supplier, agent, or intermediary.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS
4.1. Transactions between Users with Different Currencies: Oneinfinite is an international payment system that allows Creators and Co-creators to offer their Products to Buyers using different payment currencies. Creators and Co-creators wishing to transact with Buyers claiming residence in different countries may need to convert their currency to complete the payment transaction, which may result in fluctuations due to exchange rate variations. The rules in this section regarding Creators and Co-creators also apply to Affiliates.
4.2. Display of Product Prices in Currencies Different from the Offer: As a general rule, the price of the product in a currency different from the offer will be displayed in US dollars. To enhance the shopping experience on the Platform, in some cases, Oneinfinite may convert the price of the Product to the Buyer's local currency, applying the exchange rate according to market standards. This conversion solely serves for the Buyer to view the offer in their preferred currency, but the currency actually used in the payment transaction must follow the currency conversion rules mentioned in this Section.
4.3. Currency Conversion: Although the Platform allows Buyers to view the price of the Product in various currencies, the number of currencies available for Users to make and receive payments may be limited. Therefore, currencies available for payment transactions may not include the local currency of a particular Buyer, Creator, or Co-creator, which may require currency conversions. Foreign currency conversions are processed using an exchange rate based on information collected periodically from third parties.
4.4 Multiple Currency Transactions: Every Product created by the Creator has an amount to be credited in USD and an amount corresponding to the currency to be paid by the Buyer. The Buyer can view the price of the Product in multiple currencies as described in the previous point; however, the creator will always receive the amount in USD defined at the time of creating the Product.
4.5 Withdrawals of Money: The Creator and Co-creator always receive payments for their sales in the equivalent amount of the Product price in USD defined at the time of its creation. Oneinfinite always provides the possibility to withdraw the equivalent in USDT, a stable cryptocurrency, from the USD balance of the payments received.
4.6. Oneinfinite Currencies: Oneinfinite conducts payment transactions in Oneinfinite with the currencies listed in the "payment methods" section at oneinfinite.la. Oneinfinite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make payments in other currencies, without this constituting a novation or tacit acceptance by Oneinfinite of any modification to the conditions and rules established in this Policy.
4.7. Accumulation and Redemption of Values: The definition of currencies that can be used in the accumulation and redemption of values by Users is at the sole discretion of Oneinfinite, based on its commercial agreements and regulatory limitations.
4.7.1. Oneinfinite is not responsible for currency conversion and withdrawal operations resulting from sales made in foreign currencies: Oneinfinite is not responsible for the services provided by third parties in currency conversion and withdrawal processing. You must contact the respective processor directly in case of issues.
5. ONEINFINITE FEES
5.1. Fees for Creators and Co-creators: The use of Oneinfinite's features by Creators and Co-creators is subject to a fee equivalent to 8% of the total value of the charge made.
5.2. Changes in Fees: The fees mentioned in this Section, their respective payment types, payment methods, and billing may be modified at any time, at the sole discretion of Oneinfinite, with prior notification to Users.
6. WITHDRAWAL OF ACCUMULATED AMOUNTS IN PAYMENT ACCOUNTS
6.1. Withdrawal Deadlines: Registered and qualified Creators and Co-creators on the Platform may request the redemption of accumulated sales amounts: (a) by default, from the date Oneinfinite receives confirmation that the transaction has been approved by the participants of the payment agreement; or (b) if the Creator and Co-creator agree on another payment deadline with Oneinfinite, after the deadline agreed with Oneinfinite, from the date Oneinfinite receives confirmation that the transaction has been approved by the participants of the payment agreement. Oneinfinite may cease to account for sales amounts affected by chargebacks, complaints, or disputes related to payment transactions.
6.1.1. Oneinfinite is not obligated, under any circumstances, to initiate chargeback dispute requests filed by Buyers and will deduct amounts from the amounts owed to Creators, Co-creators, and Affiliates. Disputes made on a discretionary basis do not bind Oneinfinite in future cases.
6.2. Withdrawal Fee and Minimum Amount: The minimum requirements for withdrawing amounts are subject to Oneinfinite's discretion according to AML policies. AML (Anti Money Laundering) refers to policies, procedures, and regulations designed to prevent and detect illegal activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing. The goal of AML is to prevent illegally obtained money from being introduced into the financial system and used for illicit activities. Financial institutions and other regulated entities are required to implement effective AML measures and controls to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES AND PAYMENT SUSPENSION
7.1. Irregularities in User Account: Due to applicable regulations, Oneinfinite may need to verify the information provided by Users before authorizing the use of Oneinfinite for balance use. Oneinfinite will inform Users who are irregularly or incompletely registered. Oneinfinite may block any withdrawal operation and suspend access to User sales links if the necessary adjustments are not provided within 30 days from Oneinfinite's notification thereof.
7.2. Fraud Suspicions: All payment transactions made through Oneinfinite are verified by the risk management mechanisms integrated into the Platform and may be rejected whenever Oneinfinite understands that there are indications of fraud in payment methods or violation of law or Oneinfinite's Terms.
7.3. Preventive Measures Regarding Payment Transactions: Oneinfinite may refuse to approve a transaction, block withdrawals, or block payment accounts at any time, even after the confirmation of payment of a transaction, regardless of whether Users have opened a dispute or not, in the following cases, without prejudice to others: (a) if Oneinfinite understands that there are indications that the User, the Product, or the transaction are not in compliance with Oneinfinite's Terms; (b) if Oneinfinite finds that transaction information is incomplete, false, or inaccurate; (c) if the Creator and Co-creator do not provide adequate information when requested by Oneinfinite; (d) if Oneinfinite finds that the transaction exposes Users or Oneinfinite itself to excessive risk due to transaction characteristics, the Product, volumes, or delivery deadlines; (e) if Oneinfinite observes that adopting any of these measures is necessary to protect Oneinfinite's security, or its employees, collaborators, representatives, agents, or partners; (f) if Oneinfinite is involved in any judicial or administrative process related to a payment transaction, and the User does not take the necessary steps to exclude Oneinfinite from the respective process, releasing it from any liability, as described in Oneinfinite's Terms and this Policy; (g) if Oneinfinite learns that the User has not complied with an order from public authorities; (h) in compliance with any legal requirement, court decision, or determination of a competent public authority directed to Oneinfinite; (i) if Oneinfinite verifies the existence of overdue and unpaid amounts by the User.
7.4. Blocked Withdrawals or Payment Accounts in Oneinfinite: In any of the cases provided for in the preceding paragraph, if the User does not remedy the transaction information, provide satisfactory explanations, or offer the necessary guarantees required by Oneinfinite, it may definitively refuse to approve the payment transaction, reject a specific withdrawal request, block any withdrawal, or even block their payment account on the Platform. Oneinfinite will make every effort to cancel the corresponding payments or transactions, as well as to reverse the respective amounts to Buyers, without prejudice to the termination of Oneinfinite's Services and the application of other applicable measures according to Oneinfinite's Terms.

Any successful attack presents a risk to the Services and to the expected proper execution and to the sequence of operations carried out through the Services. The User understands and agrees that the network of miners will ultimately be in control of the delivery of cryptocurrencies through the Blockchain, and that a majority of miners could agree, at any time, to make changes, updates, modifications to, or carry out the removal or destruction of the Blockchain.
8.6 Taxation risks: The tax treatment of cryptocurrencies is uncertain. The User should seek their own tax advice in relation to the acquisition, storage, and use of any cryptocurrency, which may result in adverse tax consequences for the User, including, but not limited to, being subject to withholding taxes, transfer taxes, value-added taxes, income taxes, and taxes, fees, tariffs, or other charges and similar tax reporting requirements.
8.7 Dissolution risk of the Company or network: It is possible that, due to certain reasons within which, in an illustrative manner, negative adoption of the Services, failure of business relationships, challenges related to ownership of intellectual property among others, it ceases to be viable to operate the Services and therefore it may be necessary to dissolve the Company, which may result in any cryptocurrency stored or held in the Account becoming unrecoverable and/or permanently lost.
8.8 Unforeseen risks: Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology are new technologies. In addition to these risks, there are other risks associated with the acquisition, storage, transmission, and use of any cryptocurrency through the User's Account, including those risks that cannot be anticipated.
